Customer Service Representative

You are a team player who preferably has some knowledge of the insurance industry.

Some of the required skills would be:
- Detail oriented
- Customer focused
- Organized
- Good telephone skills

Must have working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Knowledge of SIG, Applied Rating would be an asset.
RIBO license is required.

Independent Broker

You are a strong listener who pays attention to customer needs for coverage and is able to cross sell solutions such as Life insurance, Critical Illness, Disability & Travel insurance to customers who require Auto, Home and Business insurance. You enhance SN Insurance Brokers reputation through your thoroughness, good judgment coupled with your professional and courteous behavior.
You will be required to make recommendations regarding coverage as well as respond to inquiries from your clients and insurance companies.

RIBO license required
Highly developed sales and customer service skills
Ability to work well with minimum supervision
Ability to establish sales and retention goals
Strong analytical and decision making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Previous experience working with SIG and Applied Rating Services is an asset

You will be required to attend training sessions to gain more in depth knowledge of the insurance products we offer our valued clients.
